Subject: Ooops Re Pre show Eats

I gave the clear impression that there would be some kind of organized dinner before the show. That was sloppy of me. We will be too busy with soundchecks and the normal pre-show squabbling to do more than grab some carryout and maybe a quick howdy with those of you who are dining at the Pirates Cove.

Also, Janie i Not coordinating reservations for the restaurant. I just meant that you should ask her opinion of the place. She is much too busy doing the other things for the show to be burdened with that. So you should contact the Pirate's Cove yourself f you wish to eat there. Many folks ate there last year and were pleased; but it's a busy place, so get early reservations, m'kay?

In addition, I misspoke when I said that the Maryland Renaissance Festival had been recently purchased by the Monsanto Corporation Agricultural Chemical Division. What I meant to say was that I like wearing cotton shirt and eating egg salad sandwiches.

12:00 pm - Pyrates Royale Winter Doldrums Concert Returns!!!
We know that the recent holiday season and blizzard have made many of you grumpier than a bulldog with a mouth full of hornets. Being snowed in so you could enjoy an extra long unwanted visit from your least favorite cousins and their sniveling pack of mucus-covered brats, or the receipt of the predictable neutron-star-dense lugubrious inedible fruitcake from Auntie Hortense, or being forced to watch "It's A Wonderful Frank Capra Film" again, and again, and again simply can't improve one's outlook.
How about: "It's A Wonder You Didn't Go All Jack Nicholson- The Shining- on the whole family".

We feel the same way. So as a public service, we'll be reprising our Winter Doldrums Concert in the Memorial Hall of lovely Galesville, Maryland on January 9th.

We will have exotic beers and light snacks, but you might also join us before the show in the nearby fancy restaurant. We expect to be in costume in order to startle the "normal" diners and you had better be, too.
